As explained in the Safety notes, which cover the more technical aspects of order processing, orders at the Cloanto Online Store are processed by Digital River, the worldwide leader in online sales.
Digital River provides us with order details which include the customer's name, email and mailing address. We store such information on systems which are physically separate from our publicly accessible web servers. We do not receive any payment or credit card information from Digital River.
For your protection, should you request a copy or modification of data involving an order (e.g. a lost license key), we will also contact the email address indicated at the time of the order, even if you are writing from a different address.
